Payments locally can be made through Mobile Money, Bank transfer, Cash on delivery (Only within Accra)
International payment through the following: PayPal, Visa, MasterCard & American Express. All international payments are processed through Paypal.
Our website is secure sockets layer protected (SSL protected). It ensures that all information are encrypted and stays private and secure.
Shipment & Delivery
We ship nationwide (Ghana), all African countries and worldwide. International orders has two shipping options: Registered mail delivery & EMS delivery service. All options provide tracking details for your parcels.
We process all orders within 1 business day. Nationwide wide delivery takes 1 business day to arrive. International delivery generally takes between 1-3 weeks to deliver, while express orders (on customer request) takes between 3-5 business days. All international shipments are tracked.
Please keep in mind that all times are estimates and depend on the local postal service in your country.

Chale Socks cares about our product, we work hard to make sure our socks are of the best quality. To ensure your product keeps as long as possible please follow our care instructions provided on the sock labels.
Returns & Refunds
Any unopened pair (We wont accept smelly socks!) may be returned within 30 days from the time of receipt. Please note, shipping costs not included.If you have any questions, please email us and we’ll be more than happy to take care of you firstname.lastname@example.org
Contact us at email@example.com and we’ll look into the matter straight away! As a rule of thumb we will refund the cost of the faulty pair of socks from your original order. Shipping costs are not included.
